To unlock
- Wake up the keypad by touching it gently. The numbers will light up.
- Enter the 4-digit access code.
- Look for the green checkmark and listen for the beep confirming the code is correct.
- Turn the thumb turn or handle to unlock the door.
Guest Help
Front Door Lock
Use the keypad access code provided with your arrival instructions to unlock and lock the front door.
To lock
- Close the door securely.
- Press the lock icon on the keypad.
- Look for the green checkmark and listen for the beep confirming the door is locked.
Incorrect code
If the incorrect code is entered multiple times, the keypad will be disabled for 30 seconds. Wait and try again.
Low battery warning
If the keypad becomes unresponsive or you see a blinking red X, the batteries may be low. Notify the host immediately.
Please make sure the door is fully closed and locked whenever you leave the home.
